Welcome back to the Strategic Athlete Friday Reading Round Up – Volume 97!
Welcome to the first Reading Round Up of 2017!
We are gonna start the year off with a couple articles on changes coming down the pipeline for USMC & Army units… Some of you guys may have already seen these implemented but it looks like we are finally making strides towards a more useful & functional test from fitness (at least in the USMC & Army)!
While I’m guessing that there is no test the powers-that-be can come up with will be perfect, I’m happy to see some change and innovation. Would love to hear your thoughts on these changes so if you have seen any of this stuff implemented drop a comment below and let me know!
Third article for you is about setting realistic goals. The beginning of the year is the stereotypical time to make big promises to yourself so you might as well be armed with a little knowledge to help you set realistic goals and get started off right. Again, I want to hear from you so drop a comment below and let me know what you’re working towards in 2017!
Check em out and let me know what you think!
