What You Get
Personalized Diet & Workout Plan: We’ll work with your lifestyle & schedule to create a plan that is effective, efficient, and fun. We’ll build you a plan from the ground up to help you reach your goals faster than ever.
Your Very Own Strength & Conditioning Coach: Your coach will be there to guide you through the process, answer any questions, and provide the feedback and accountability we all need to be successful.
Message & Email Support: Message your coach directly through the app or send an email to get your questions answered, submit a video for technique review, or clarify anything you may be struggling with.
Weekly Feedback: You’ll log your workouts and results daily and your coach will be there to tweak when necessary or just give you some encouragement (and accountability) when needed!

Before we get started, we’ll need to learn a bit more about you, your current training, and your goals. Fill out the form below & we’ll reach out ASAP with the best option for you. Consistency is the key and results take work so our custom training plans are designed in 8 to 12-week cycles.

$100 - $250 (One-time)
Your personal program will be designed to fit your schedule and can be adjusted as needed on the fly. We’ll be checking in often to keep you on track & adjust as needed
You’ll access this program via the Train Heroic smartphone app. If you have a flip phone, don’t buy this, go get a new phone instead, weirdo…
You be able to log your results, right on your phone, and track your progress throughout the program.
If you have questions, limitations, or issues we’ll be here to get you answers and make sure you stay on track!
