The focus here at Strategic Athlete is to provide a comprehensive strength & conditioning resource for our military and tactical athlete population and those who aspire to achieve the fitness and conditioning required to do some of the toughest jobs in the world.
Is this program/website for me?
Great question. There is a TON of training resources out there on the internet and I want to make sure that if you are going to spend your valuable time here, that I’m providing information that is interesting to you. I promise to never waste your time.
Here are a few questions you can ask yourself to determine if Strategic Athlete may be a good resource for you:
- Am I looking to achieve, maintain, improve, or get back to a high level of fitness?
- Am I a military or tactical athlete (Used to be or aspire to be)?
- Am I looking to prepare myself physically and mentally for military-style training?
- Am I interested in achieving a level of fitness on par with some of our countries most elite military populations?
- Do I have an open mind and am looking for new ways to train?
- Woudl I prefer a no-nonsense program that doesn’t take hours per day to complete?
